The dogs always wait until their regular vet is closed to have an issue, necessitating a visit to an emergency vet. We were seen very quickly. They performed a thorough exam and testing. Pricing was very reasonable for an emergency vet visit. I'm sure we will be visiting them again.
Having to put my dog down was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, but this vet clinic was incredibly compassionate and supportive through the entire process. The staff treated my dog with dignity, kindness, and genuine care, and they showed so much empathy to my family during such a painful time. They took EXCELLENT care of my dog and their prices are rather reasonable. They treated him so well, they clipped his nails, and played with him! I was truly relieved by how they got a feel for his character before working with him. I highly highly recommend them! Edit: I called to ask about the price of a medication and the receptionist was rude and said “we are an emergency room” in response to my shock that the medication that’s $7 on Amazon is $30 there. This is our go to Emergency Vet in the area. We have been here three times and each time our pup has received amazing care quickly. It’s expensive but compared to other emergency vets in the area it’s the most reasonably priced.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. My cat was hit by a car over the weekend had to take her to a ER open on weekends, read great reviews about this place however the price is extremely high and they did not notify me that my cats rib was exposed and her wrap came off so easily which cost $75 and then when I came back less than 24hrs to get her re wrapped they charged another $75. I had her looked at by a different ER for less on a weekday and they told me that she needed emergency surgery due to her exposed ribs and her whole stomac... read more
