My wife has had both of her cataracts removed at this facility. Her first surgery, she was treated like just a number, move them in move them out. No one bothered to speak to her, to introduce themselves or explain what they were going to do. On her second cataract surgery, I was in the waiting room with her when she was taken back. Wait over 3 hours everytime for appointments. Service sucks
Three times I have eye surgery at the regional eye center, and every time, I have had to pay, to have my eyes corrected for the blotched surgeries performed.
