Not worth the money. Our room was gross. It was dirty: ensuite smelt and wasn't cleaned prior to us arriving, mould on ceiling, kitchen plus all cutlery, untensils etc were dirty (had to wipe down inside cupboards that we used otherwise food crumbs and rubbish sitting on shelves), carpets not vacuumed, tiles swept with everything put under the couch and rug (foul), bathroom smelt bad, toilet not cleaned properly and bath too disgusting to use, didnt unpack out clothes as the shelving was dusty dirty. Airconditioning permanently 'out of service' in the second bedroom. A must have in the very hot sticky Queesland summer. If you call and ask they will let you know if your second room will have airconditioning. Good pool slide for kids and the apartments are clean. Good view of the river, one tram stop away from main streets of surfers paradise.

Location is prime and that is about it. If staying in a 2 bedroom, be sure to confirm if aircon is working. After hour reception claims that it is advertised that one aircon does not work, which was not mentioned anywhere! Would not have stayed in this apartment if we were aware. Attempts to contact the after hours number, ended in our calls getting disconnected. The fourth attempt to contact them, we requested for a call back as we kept getting disconnected. No attempt was made to contact us or advise us of what our options... read more
