RecommendedThe staff are all kind,helpful and accomodating. They have three meals a day and a snack bar that is always open.They take residents on their bus to various places.They make every effort to keep the residents happy and active.
The regional supervise, Randy Perras, should return telephone calls to residents who have left 5 messages. They should credit an overpayment to rent for the next month instead of trying to keep it. I had to stop automatic payment when after 4 months they still refused to credit or refund $1,200. They will not give out telephone numbers of corporate officials. They refuse to answer questions governing financial matters or complaints by email or otherwise in writing.

I lived there for eight months. it was the worst decision of my life. I got out of there as soon as I could. I lost a lot of money by staying there.
Forsyth Court is a great place to live. We get 3 meal a day, housekeeping once a week, good maintenance and transportation.to shopping and doctors, building improvements

RecommendedI have a new fresh vision for holiday retirement and Montara meadows it is truly a rearranging company with visions for the future. Sonja Ellis is a great general manager with a lot on her plate but still makes time to meet with the employees and residents to make them feel welcome and truly accepted. Thank you Sonja Ellis for making me smile and wanting to stay.
