Wouldn't report any repairs to this set up of housing association if I was you, when they do decide to turn up,all they do is hodge and bodge things, complete waste of time.the lot of them.
the companies they use for repairs are atrocious. when you do eventually have someone come fix something, they half arse it and bodge the job. one company nearly started a house fire they were that incompetent. 18months now of people coming and "fixing" 2 leaking gutters and they're still leaking.... 3 outstanding repairs and no sign of any of them being fixed anytime soon. no evening or weekend appointments so I have to take time off work for someone to either not do the job or not turn up. it's great when the guy does turn... read more
Regenda leaving threatening letter behind my door.This is after I informed this shambles of hosting association that they will have a 3 month window to.call round to.my home and carry out there property inspection.as I will be off work in recovery from hip surgery. Did anyone from regenda have the manners to reply, no. Previous to this they continued to.send staff round while I was out at work, and they have been informed god knows how many times, they wont get access till after 4pm.again no.respnse,go back.to.work 6th march... read more
