All rooms open, only two guests, stacks them on top of each other instead of spreading us out for a more private/ enjoyable experience.
We were a group of 26. Joe and Johana went out of their way to secure our rooms in a very busy time of the season. They were able to take care of getting our tickets to the “Passion Play” and the buffet. Whatever we needed, they went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. We would highly recommend “The Regency Inn” of Eureka Springs.
Small, older place, but really clean. Probably cleaner than the big chains.
This hotel is pretty typical of those built in the 60s and 70s. It's a little worn but the operators are doing a good job maintaining an keeping things clean. Everything was adequate and functioning properly.
