Being a student osteopath in melbourne, I asked Jackson to help me out with exam preparations. He taught me a whole lot about the trade and improved my confidence. Absolutely unreal experience at The Reform Lab today, the equipment Jackson uses is top notch! I learnt some amazing things about myself as an athlete that I have never looked into before that can really improve my performance. Jackson knows what he's doing with back pain. I arrived with a fair bit of pain (hard to sit or stand for more than a few minutes) that had flared up from time to time for years. Jackson figured out and explained what was going on, then developed a recovery program that played out as predicted over the next few months. I'm now doing squats and dead lifts in the gym.
