This reflexologist was superb. I came for treatment of stress and anxiety. By the end of the session, I was very relaxed and calm. The surroundings were perfect. And the treatment itself hit just the right spots. I could feel myself relaxing as she treated the relevant areas on the foot. Highly recommended - will go back regularly myself.

Elena's treatments have really helped with my migraines. I first had 5 weekly treatments, and after that I didn't get a migraine for almost 2 months, which is about 7 weeks more than I've ever not had a migraine. Recently I started getting them again so I did another treatment. It's been a week now and no headache. We're going to try monthly treatments to see if that keeps them away. I would have given her 5 stars, but her new location is a little far from me. Worth the drive, but it's still a drive.

I worked a busy lunch party yesterday & was scheduled to work a dinner shift but by 3pm my feet were already feeling it. This place recently opened nearby so I figured I'd try their energizing treatment to see if it helped. OMG! I felt like I was walking on clouds all night. Definitely doing this more often!

I came for series of treatments to work on stress management and to improve sleep. They were very pleasant and relaxing treatments, and they were quite helpful for their intended purpose. The setting was excellent, as it was very peaceful and professional. The Reflexologist is very skilful! I plan to continue treatments with her.

Elena's treatment of my swollen leg and foot as the result of 2 months of immobility in a full leg brace was really impressive. After her treatment, all the swelling had gone down and my foot felt fresh and energized. And Elena showed me how to relieve any further swelling, which I really appreciated learning.
