Always an exceptional service from start to finish at the Refining room. Bev is incredibly professional and fantastic at what she does. It always feel like I’m visiting a friend as Bev is so lovely and friendly. I’m always happy with my results and recommend the Refining room 10/10 Diolch yn fawr :)
Bev is super professional and knowledgeable, my first time having treatment and I’m not going to lie I was a bit nervous. However she put my mind at ease, explained EVERYTHING. My results were absolutely AMAZING super happy. She is my go to I trust her 100% and will most definitely go back. Also if I had doubts or wasn't sure with anything I could contact her anytime and we assess and rectify if needed, that to me was a huge re assurances. Her clinic is clean, relaxing and welcoming.
