Bev is a total QUEEN. She looks after you from start to finish. Incredibly talented professional who always puts patients first. Premises is spotlessly clean and hygienic the heated bed puts you are ease and is very relaxing. You're in exceptionally good hands at The Refining Room.
I’ve been coming to Bev since 2022 when she was recommended to me by a friend and I was amazed. I have a phobia of needles and she put my mind right at ease with her very friendly and relaxed manner on top of her knowledge and experience. No need to be fearful of the procedures and she will provide full aftercare and advice on any procedures you are considering too, including whether you need it or not. I would never use anyone else, service and pricing is second to none.
Bev is a star! She is welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable about the treatments she offers- she will give her honest opinion and ensures client satisfaction more than anything. She won’t recommend a treatment if she doesn’t think it will benefit you. She is also great with after care, checking up on you after your treatment - she genuinely cares that you are 100% satisfied with the treatment/ results. This is why I keep returning to The Refining Room!
Bev is absolutely amazing; super informative and knowledgeable, she knows her stuff and gives honest advice, she won’t do a treatment if she doesn’t think you need it. She’s honest, kind, friendly and lovely. I look forward to my appointments for the catch up and giggle as much as the treatment!
I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Beverly has absolutely years of needle experience I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I have always had amazing undetectable results, where I’m constantly told I look much younger than my age. It’s always a pleasure to go in lovely surroundings and nice chat. Highly recommended.
