Total wellness in one spot. Amanda was amazing ! I am now able to lift my arms with no shoulder pain, the bonus is my neck flexibility too! Wow oh wow!!!!
Went here for my first time after it being highly recommended. I booked for a recovery massage since my shoulders have been hurting so much. Corey was so informative and took the time to understand what my day-to-day life was like to provide me with some tips to help fix the problem. I also added a cold plunge and sauna afterward. The next day, I immediately felt all the things he worked on and noticed a lot of things he mentioned. I booked for another session right after. Now I’ll be recommending this place to others.
