Probably the best gym I’ve ever been to. They have (literally) tons of equipment, including many machines I’d never heard of before, and many machines that hit muscle groups from angles I didn’t know were possible. They have equipment that accommodates my extremely long legs, which usually makes certain lifts a struggle at other gyms. As an athlete, I’m very happy this gym exists because I don’t know how I’d be able to get such a comprehensive workout anywhere else.

Only went for a day pass but very nice gym. Lots of different routes of equipment. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Edit: went back and the owner was very rude. Kicked out for using the posing room for an hour. No posted policies or warnings. Just a rude tone and approach. Could have been handled a lot better.

I no longer go to this gym because I have recently moved away, but I have to say that the quality of this gym and their equipment is top tier. They always have a clean building and the environment is very welcoming. I will be coming back whenever I'm in the area!

I have gone here for 3 years and have nothing but the most respect for the owners and the members. If you invest in a membership it could very well change your life!
