Great experience! Was in town for a skiing vacation and was able to hit the gym for the week. John is super nice and has curated an amazing set of machines. Everything that you dislike about your home gym is solved at The Refinery. Couldn’t recommend more! Even has a pair of 210lb dumbbells if you’re like me and curl heavy.
Gym equipment is always broken, and staff are unhelpful. Not worth the membership fee.
The Refinery Gym has terrible customer service. Overcharged me and wouldn't resolve issue.
Great gym. Dropped in while on vacation. Tons of strength machines and some cardio machines.
I want to be fair in this review because there are positives, the equipment itself is excellent. If this gym were judged on equipment alone, it would score highly. Unfortunately, the ownership and management completely undermine the experience. Policies around membership and cancellation are rigid and poorly handled, and communication is lacking.
