I have been going to Kim for 17 years. I am always happy with my color & cuts. Kim is extremely accommodating with my schedule, often seeing me early mornings or evenings. I highly recommend The Refinery Salon.
Another place that is hardly open and who would not do hair color due to the customer had own color. I understand that she is licensed and all, but other places will do it. She did not offer to do the color and was not prepared to get an appointment for me. She could have told me that, “I would rather do own products”in a less rude way.
Kim at The Refinery is amazing. I often go in unsure of what I want, and she always seems to know exactly what my hair needs. She’s super knowledgeable—she even pointed out that my old shampoo was too heavy, and the switch made a big difference. The salon itself is gorgeous, with a perfect mix of historic charm and modern style. Highly recommend!
