Thomas is amazing!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Refinery. My sister-in-law and I, visiting from out of town for a wedding, booked appointments online and received confirmations well in advance. However, on the day of the event, our appointments were abruptly canceled with no prior notice. This left us scrambling with no time to find another salon.
