A quaint place/rustic setting. Delicious crafted beers and wine, each with a unique story. Vinyl is available to play. Indoor and outdoor seating and bagged snacks for munching. I hope there are plans to manicure the landscape and re-open the barn. Tremendous potential remains here. Have a visit if you enjoy hand crafted beers and wines.
If you like sours, lambics and other naturally fermented beers, this is the place. They brew some fantastic varieties. Be sure to try the bottle aged beers. They’re the best beers here. If you don’t like this style beer go somewhere else so you’re not disappointed and wind up giving a great brewery a bad review. This isn’t for IPA bros. Oh… and yes.. that really is where you park.
My wife and I visited yesterday and it was an amazing experience. As a home brewer of sour and funky beers, I appreciated the dedication to lambic inspired beers and the traditional process of spontaneous beers (the undisturbed cobwebs were so satisfying to see). Meh. It is a very pretentious "brewery". I understand that ins and outs of the fermentation process. But the whole show room smells moldy and dirty. They "only use natural yeast" I mean, its not horrible, but it is definitely not my thing.
