Reeves institute is a hour away. Scheduled an appointment for an eye exam. Arrived on time. Told thereafter, that my insurance, Ambetter, not welcome anymore. Eye exam would be $300 or more for cash pay. Retirement allows folks to walk away from BS billing. Waste of time and fuel! I could have been told before driving the distance. Walmart , $89 for the same exam. Dont get jacked by smooth talking folks.
James Browder , My overall experience with Dr. Reeves and his staff was excellent and very well planned. I can see amazingly well with no eyeglasses ! I highly recommend their services and will continue to patronize their establishment.
Have been waiting a week for physician to fill out pre authorization paperwork for very necessary medication while my condition worsens. Office is very difficult to communicate with.
