The phone receptionist might be having a rough day, but was rude and not a good listener. I called to ask a question and she was not listening and cut me off. First firm I've had do this. They never returned phone calls or emails for weeks. I was excited to get a person today. She proceeded to tell me by attorney client privilege no attorney could help me. I had to then interrupt her and let her know my question actually does not cross that privilege and restate what I was asking. She then said oh yeah we don't do that. Sugg... read more
