What a fantastic experience. Food and service were 5 star and the accomodation was like stepping back to a more refined time. The staff were all so friendly and couldn't be more helpful and our spa couples experience was so relaxing. It may be at the higher end cost wise, but is worth every dollar in our view. We will definitely be back!
Staff went out of their way to make our stay amazing. Really enjoyed. Only downside, no gym.
We stayed at The Reef House 3 years ago and we could not fault it. I wish I could say the same for our recent stay. There was no customer service. We had vouchers for two massages but couldn't get in because they were fully booked, eventhough I called and left a message way in advance. Every time I would walk past the spa the gate was closed. The restaurant was also disappointing. I had booked a table for breakfast but when we arrived there wasnt one available. Eventually they set up a table for us. It took over an hour to r... read more
