I had a fantastic experience touring The Reed Luxury Apartments in Charlotte! Kaylin was amazing — professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made the entire tour feel personalized and welcoming, answering all my questions and highlighting the best features of the community. I lived at The Reed for a year, loved every bit of it, had i not moved to another state, i would still be living there. The new management is top notch, and so is every staff, the lady at concierge has been very helpful throughout my stay, be it with my packages or deliveries, she has been extremely supportive.
Stephanie Neal was nothing short of amazing. She made us feel like we already lived in the community. Her vast knowledge of the building was incredible. Thank you for sharing and can’t wait to move in.
Shariff and Justin were very professional and proficient when it came to my dishwasher repair /replacement. First, they attempted troubleshooting the dishwasher and then made the decision to replace it within the same hour. I’m very pleased with how adequate my service was delivered. I put in a service request that morning and within a few hours, they were there to service my dishwasher. I appreciate the proficiency and professionalism. Working great! A++
