Great amenities and excellent apartment designs. The people at the front desks are great and very helpful.
Mrs Kimberly and Mrs Vanessa and the other young lady in the front office are wonderful they go over and beyond to help ppl and to make sure we are comfortable and to make any situation easier whether its w maintenance or any situation. I am so happy here i love these kind ladies as well making a choice of living here u will have no regrets it will be the best decision u ever make and no drama at all have good neighbors i love it
Bait and switch!!! Office lady is rude and defensive. The apt I was interested in was listed at $929 on their website, however, when I got to the property it was magically $999. I asked the lady why the website said $929 but I’m being told $999 to which she replied, “our corporate office adjusts the prices on our website, we don’t do it here.” I told her that corporate office or whomever adjusts the prices should not advertise false prices; this is a waste of potential residents time esp during covid when we have to schedule... read more
We just picked up our keys today! Celeste was amazing through the whole application process and touring the place. We are so excited for this to be our new home.
After living at this property for over three years, I can say it is a very pleasant place to live. It enjoys a very central location and is close to shopping areas. I want to thank Vanessa, the property manager, for her excellent work throughout this time; I handed over the apartment today and moved elsewhere because I was looking for more space, but Redland is a great place—the common areas with the barbecue are fantastic. I recommend this place 100% and thank the entire team for their help.
