Quiet area, rents quite high, high water charge abuse, hallways so dirty it seems that they clean them every month. When you leave the apartment they always find something wrong even when you had a final walk-through with a manager and she told you that everything was clean & everything in order they still charge you $100 cleaning when you spent a entire day cleaning they charge for damages when it is a normal wear & tear, to keep the $300 deposit!! 🙄😒
Don’t move here, for one there is no parking for visitors. My son lived here for a year and I was never able to come and visit with him, every time I tried there was no parking and they will tow your car if you don’t park in the very limited guest parking they do offer that’s always full. Second you can hear everything in the other apartments around you, the person upstairs was so loud he didn’t sleep well for a year. CLEAN, family friendly and safe place to live. Staff is amazing and professional!!! They helped with our transition from a house to an apartment. I’m grateful for finding this place!!
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Roaches everywhere even in the pool, which is always dirty and too small. MOLD in bathrooms that they try to conceal. Constant theft in parking lots and mailboxes. Outdoor common areas full of leaves and debris on picnic tables and seating areas. They are NEVER cleaned. Dog poop EVERYWHERE, breezeways full of clutter, trash bins are always overfilled, yet there's a monthly trash fee. Maintenance is over worked and understaffed. One guy literally almost died.
