Ed was very professional in his work. He introduced himself & stated the reason for arriving. He did not rush nor did he take a long time to attend to several matters. He was attentive to the details of his work for each maintenance request I put in. In addition, he explained to me what he did to fix the problem for each work order. Very thorough, and then ended by asking if I had any questions. Thank you, Ed, for doing a great job!
I love this place only been here for 2 months but I already feels like home. Friendly staff. Great maintenance team. Beautiful property. Friendly neighbors. Definitely would recommend moving here.
Eduardo was amazing. He is so polite and accommodating. I hope he stays at the Redland forever!
Eduardo was Great. Got my fridge working in less than 5 minutes
Today Eduardo came to my apartment to help with a maintenance issue and I just want to say that he was very kind and helpful. He had a positive attitude towards me and did his job really quickly and professionally.I appreciate him being able to help with the issue.
