Wow, what a wonderful stroke of luck that we ended up at Red Vault Bistro on our drive from NOLA to San Antonio. On the spur of the moment, we decided we were too hungry to wait until San Antonio for dinner so we looked for somewhere close to where we were on the highway. We saw the great reviews and ratings of this place that was only 10 minutes away. We hit the jackpot.
