My experience with the red twig was extremely disappointing, frustrating and overall awful. It is the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in my life. They demanded a 50% deposit of $4000 that was apparently nonrefundable even though they did not incur any costs when we canceled our wedding due to serious health issues. We were still planning on using them at a later date. We tried to work with them, but they were unwilling to work with us. I ordered some anniversary flowers for my parents and they are AMAZING!! The flowers are so fresh and the arrangement is beautiful.
Michelle at The Red Twig is a creative genius! I am still in awe of how beautiful my wedding flowers were. She took the time to understand what I was hoping for and created something even more breathtaking than I imagined. I will forever be in love with my wedding flowers and the way they made our day feel so magical!!!
Michelle and the Red Twig team were so wonderful to work with. Michelle is so talented and created the most beautiful arrangements. She was so easy to work with, respected our budget, and was extremely transparent with cost. She brought our venue to life and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend!
Wowza!!! Michelle is absolutely incredible! Helped create a gorgeous wedding at Orchid House for my son and DIL a couple of weeks ago. I also saw her work at a friend’s wedding a week later, all so beautiful and unique. Highly recommend!
