They do AMAZING work, have never lost any garment and the alterations are really well done. I am impressed by how efficient they are. Ive been to tailors in the south Tampa area and none compare to the quality and service of the Red Thread alterations. I have a curvy Latina body and am very petite so a lot of my clothes needs to be altered, I highly recommend this place as they always complete alterations on time. Highly recommended. This is my second time coming back, and I leave very happy. They always exceed expectations.
Called and spoke with someone asking about alterations and asked if I bring it in Saturday how long it will take, they advised the hours for Saturday (12-3pm). I drove all the way over there and there’s a sign stating they are closed and will open Monday. I’m on a dead line and this completely derailed me. Plus, I’m pretty sure the car that drove off as I pulled in was for the store. Incredibly disappointed that no one advised me they would be closed on the one day I asked about and had the availability to come in.
Highly recommended! I brought in my short wedding dress for alterations and was so happy with the results. She was professional, attentive, and made sure the dress fit perfectly. You can tell she truly cares about her work. Thank you for making my dress feel just right for my big day!
