I’ve debated for 2 weeks about leaving a review. But after crying every day and not even being able to look at myself without crying, I felt I should. I’ve gone to Jackie to a few times for bang trims and once before for a highlight since June. This past time, she mixed up my toners. NO BIG DEAL! It happens and it’s a quick fix. I didn’t mind. Jackie is the most knowledgeable hair stylist I’ve met. She focuses on hair health and made my hair look and feel amazing! She offered a complimentary hair analysis and was able to tell me what my hair needed and offered products that I still use now! Sometimes when I go to get my hair done it can be difficult to have a blowout that lasts since my natural hair is curly and frizzy but she has the magic touch my hair doesn’t frizz and curl holds amazing every. single. time.

Hazel is amazing! She fixed my hair color after a bad experience elsewhere, and now my hair looks and feels so much better. She really knows what she’s doing and takes the time to get it right. Super friendly and professional—I always leave happy! Highly recommend.
