Yummy
Really enjoyed our visit. Had the big burger, nachos and Cajun fries. All were very good. Service was exceptional.
The radishes were old and dry. Everything else was good!
Oh my word let me tell you what! We were on a road trip back home and the red pickle popped up as a restaurant suggestion. I am SO glad we stopped in. I had the best corned beef hash I’ve ever had (with plenty left over), a beef birria bowl (two specials at the time), and a huckleberry mojito. The food was killer, came out quickly, and service was great. I will think about that meal for a long time.
We loved everything about the Red Pickle and had a chance to talk with the inspiring owner and the staff. Everything was delicious -- we stopped on the way to Spokane and on the way back. It is definitely worth the trip. The ceviche was off the charts good. We also tried the pork tacos and chicken tacos, and a few of the craft cocktails. Everything was excellent. We will be back for sure if ever in the Ellensburg area. Highly recommended!!
