This place does not even deserve one star, I missed my appointment for the first time for a personal reason that I had no control over, and I was charged for the full session/appointment amount. The owner did not care or want to understand the situation; they just wanted the money. She was rude and heartless and sad to say that she just wanted the money even though she did not work for that hour.
