Don't miss the Recycled Lamb – I walked into this shop four years ago this fall and hadn't a clue and knew so little I didn't even know how little I knew. Cheryl had just bought the shop THAT day. She's been fantastic to me. She accepted me where I was in the process and has been gently encouraging ever since. I live in the mountains more than three hours away but consider this my LYS. I haven't taken a class as I live so far away but I hear the are great. They have a great selection of yarns for all different needs and pric... read more

Great Yarn Shop - Staff friendly and helpful You can find a wide variety of yarns for knitting, crochet and weaving. The shop offers many different classes. They sponsor a community knitting group which donates their time to make afghans for a local shelter. The owner, Cheryl, also sponsors a hat project for our troops. Once a month there is a Friday night knit-a-thon. Donated yarn is not sold - it is used for community knitting projects. Visit this shop to have a nice helpful experience.

Best Yarn Shop in Metro Denver! – The staff is always helpful and friendly. They have a wide variety of courses. They have yarns for knitting, crochet, and weaving. The owner is also community conscious - there is a service project meeting every Thursday that contributes afghans to a local shelter, plus there was a hat project for our troops too! Once a month there is a knit night on a Friday.

Charity Or Not? This shop accepts donations but does not consider itself to be a "charity". Does this mean they sell the yarn and other items which are donated? If not, what is done with all the yarn and items donated? Perhaps this shop needs to be investigated. If all the employees don't know what the procedures are for this shop, the "owner" need to clarify the status of the place.
