If I could, I'd give less than 1 star. We purchased a Hot Tub from them and was given a worksheet on what was included. When they delivered the Hot Tub, the 240-volt Spa electrical panel wasn't with the delivery. I contacted the store and the Manager stated that because it was only on the worksheet and not listed on the final invoice, that I wasn't entitled to it. This Panel was priced at $450.00. I suggest you stay away from this bait & switch store.
