On Oct. 19th, we went to the Naples showroom. We met with Ted (Theodore Lauer). He was super keen and attentive as all sales people are. We were already sold on the items we wanted to buy and at one point I told Ted that he needed to stop selling. We spent $25K on a new hot tub and outdoor kitchen. The deliveries went well and the installation went fine except that the installers left without hooking up our bbq. We only noticed this after they left. We are repeat customers. We had to replace our pool heater and went back to recreational warehouse. Mike was great, good information and a selection that met our needs. Very prompt delivery and great installation. We will be back in another 10 or 12 years.
Nice friendly knowledgeable sales person…. Best deal on new equipment I’ve seen this fall..
Low pressure sales, the item was delivered and setup on time.
Went in looking for a replacement grill for an outdoor kitchen. We had the size and within 5 minutes of being in the store we had the grill. I was not looking for something top of the line, just a basic grill. The rep was great and knew his products and didn’t try to upsale me on anything more than I was looking for. I think I was in and out of the store with delivery set up within about 10 minutes of being there. Highly recommend this place.
