Great experience in the store, however, they aren't fully aware of how much the installer's charge. Received the "worst-case scenario" in the store, but it was considerably more, and to add insult to injury, they included tax on labor!
Great experience buying a new grill and several doors for my grill area Michael was so helpful. He was so patient, knowledgeable and professional. Answered all my questions.
Sold us on a dolphin pool cleaner, and nearly sold us on a salt water system for our pool. However, the day after the owner stated he would call us to pick it up. He never called, and then was rude over the phone saying we never came at 10 am to get it? When we didn't even know it was in. Oh not over yet, we open the pool vacuum and the filter is broken. I call the store to avoid a trip back in, and he says he can do nothing as he has no replacements. I sit on the phone on hold with the dolphin people for 20 minutes for them... read more
