Bill and I really enjoy exercising at The Rec, Christ Church Presbyterian Church. Love the inside walking track and exercise equipment. Everyone is so friendly. Really nice coffee shop and comfortable furniture to sit and visit.
This gym is fantastic! The facility is clean, spacious, and has a wide variety of modern equipment. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to offer helpful guidance. The positive and motivating atmosphere makes working out enjoyable and keeps me consistent. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their fitness and stay healthy.
