Great fitness classes
This place was very nice, very clean and well organized. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and I would like to thank the church responsoring this event
Wonderful facilities and inexpensive plans. Hours are limited but when open they are great. Great coffee shop and friendly, helpful staff
Started working out here recently and the staff here is amazing! We love that it is small and not gimmicky like most gyms!
