I had remarkable experience at Recovery Village. From the kitchen to nursing to clinicians to BHT, my experience has forever changed my life. Staff is wonderful!! They need about 3 more Shelbys though! Vernon is amazing and cafeteria staff and nurses so accommodating!
They broke hippa lied to me about a discharge date and the worst part is didnt set me up with an after care program.
I loved my time there. But there were people that were there just too do their Timesheet to get paid. There were Many people that seem to actually care about the patients, but the other ones, Decided to flirt or completely disregard other patients. The receptionist Jessica Doesn’t seem to want people to go there. The facility itself is good and it has decent and snacks and they do take care of you.
