I was gifted a visit to The Recovery Suite and am so grateful. I tried NuCalm, which involves wearing an eye mask and headphones while being covered with a blanket and receiving a hydro massage. I've never felt so relaxed. By the time the massage was over, the tension in my shoulders was gone, and the pain in my back released. The recovery suite has become a staple for what I need both mentally and physically to recover. The environment and ambience absolutely allows for relaxation, regeneration, and healing. The staff are professional and knowledgeable for what you need!
