My whole world changed for the better as soon as I walked through the front door of recovery Lighthouse. For the better. After 2 years of getting hammered every day, after being 4 years sober, things needed to change. I needed to change, but sadly couldn't do this on my own, I needed help. Best decision I’ve made in a very long time! The program really works! Every Staff member from bottom to the top really makes you feel at home, no judgement here! It’s really been an eye opener, the PT, Yoga and Sound therapy deserve a special mention but how could I forget the Therapists and Curtis the Chief who’s fed me well! Thanks Recovery Lighthouse!
Lighthouse Recovery in Worthing is a great place with a really supportive team who make you feel comfortable from day one. The group therapy sessions are open, honest and genuinely helpful, and the one to one sessions give you the space to work through things at your own pace. The extra activities are a big bonus too.
