Would not recommend. They gave a urine test upon admission, but I don't know why since my cousin had opiates in his system, yet they didn't mention it and even offered him suboxone. The next day, they refused to give him his prescription when he asked, forcing him to leave because they wouldn't allow access to his medicine, which he needed for medical reasons. I worked at EvergreenHealth Monroe and experienced serious retaliation and unfair treatment that led to my wrongful termination. I repeatedly reached out to my manager about ongoing harassment from another RN and shared that I didn’t feel safe or comfortable working with him. Instead of receiving support or protection, I was told I could use my sick time and would only receive a written warning — but the very next morning, I was terminated for “attendance.” My manager never informed me that I wasn’t allowed to use my earned ... read more
