I can't say anything negative, signed the agreement in June and today our agreement ended. I actually signed two agreements, because they handled the first one flawlessly. I've read the complaints to the BBB back in June and have seen or witnessed any of what the complaints included. Patience in the process is what is really needed, and I suffer from a lack of patience. Believe me they are worth the go if you cannot handle the process all your own.
If you are in a distressed situation, just call them already. I also was handling it, but I really just needed a helping hand. Great people in that office.
I think the recovery agents are very nice people that work hard to help you in the process of recovering funds from foreclosures very capable in handling any issues you may come up with or go through I appreciate them.
Life changing, just when we thought there was no hope, Justin came to my families rescue. Our home foreclosed and we could not find a way to save and move into something new. I usually am good about screening my phone calls but for some reason I answered a call from Justin @ The Recovery Agents. I am so glad that I answered that call. Definitely persistent, but they have good intention. Received my funds in about 3 months. Great service, and quality communication.

It is unbelievable the level of HARASSMENT from this place. They will call back to back for over 15 times from different numbers, every day!!! despite stating multiple times that I was not interested in doing business with them.
