I planned to apply for membership a few days ago. Because I like to pay with a specific credit card, but I only have Apple Pay. I was unable to complete the application on the same day. But I had a great experience with Diana! She was very patient and helpful!! Other staff was very friendly too. Even though she didn’t offer a tour. But when I asked for tour, she provided a great introduction and answered all my questions. Thank you all!!

The amount of kids playing around in the fitness area has become excessive. I’m currently looking at three kids running around playing on equipment and fighting over weights. Not a worker in sight. Workers don’t appear until it time to close which they then hover around you which is very rude honestly. I am very close to cancelling my membership because I only bought it to workout and it makes me uncomfortable seeing children playing around weights and machines they shouldn’t be using.

I just got purchased a membership yesterday. I do have recommendations as far as customer service goes. I do recommend that when someone gets a membership, maybe you offer them a tour so they know where everything is located, Also maybe offer them the class schedule. Or see if the new member has any questions.. Unfortunately my experience was not so great. I basically paid for my member ship and was left on my own.... I had no idea where the locker room was. I still have no idea where/what is offered at the facility..
