The foundations course was awesome! It took me through the different movements and workout styles and I felt totally ready when I joined my first class.
I've been trying out gyms trying to find my right fit and she was so wonderful. Every aspect of this gym is comfortable and welcoming. I will definitely be signing up after this morning! Check her out because she is awesome!!
Easy to get started. Friendly staff. Other clients were really friendly. Great workout!
Gina was a great instructor and was engaging. The workout was presented with modification options and it was a well rounded workout. Kept me on my toes. Really enjoyed the class
