Do not recommend using this real estate for leasing your rental property. Our inspection reports always came back glowing, however, we recently changed agents and tenants gave 2 weeks notice to move out as the agents changed hands. We went to inspect after they vacated and have found holes in the walls, some that have been patched and not painted, ripped fly screens, loose door handles on most doors, missing lights and overgrown garden. Completely unprofessional firm, that live up to the stereotypical real estate agent sliminess. We lived in a rental property for 3 years, taking good care of the place, we gave 2 months notice prior to leaving and were given a final bill, only for them to send us a bill for a further weeks rent and a claim made against the bond on the same day for the same amount a week after we had left.
