My sisters and I recently inherited my mother’s home in Yuma, Arizona. Since none of us lived in Arizona, we hired Oasis Castillo Jr. as our realtor. Oasis was great from the very start. It was the end of the “snow bird” season but Mr. Castillo was not deterred and was enthusiastic about selling the home. He held several “open house” including the first weekend it was for sale.
