I bought a set of rims from TRW and boy was I very disappointed. The owner Nicole has gave me the run around of a lifetime regarding my vehicle shaking due to an improper balance that she said could only be corrected with balance rings that she constantly told me was on back order. I have found them available at multiple websites and local rim stores. She hasn't return 1 phone out of 7 and she made it a terrible decision as I am now filing a small claims to get all my money back

RecommendedI walked in the store, no appointment, and was greeted quickly. One of the techs took us into the shop and was able to show us several options. He asked me what my expectations were for the looks on my truck. He showed me several wheel and tire combos, and described the look they would give. Real wheels is the best place I have ever bought wheels from.i drove 100 miles and it was worth it.The wheels and tires were exactly as they describe them and they install them super fast I was in and out within 30 minutes I will definitely be back. I bought some brand new 2020 Raptor wheels from here last week and they were exactly as expected. Staff was super nice and easy to work with. Coming back next week to get them installed.
