I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Torie and Shanice! They were both extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Ms. Torie answered every question under the sun that I had, and she was incredibly patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. They have your back. Truly caring customer service. I asked for my insurance information. I had it sent to me before I hung up. The call was less than two minutes long(if that), and it wasn't rushed. It was efficient.

Twice these people have changed my insurance and my husbands insurance company without our approval due to someone else requesting it. This is unprofessional and fraudulent. The first time I let them know of the situation and here we are again and it has happened once again!!! Do not use this company, they will let anyone make changes on your policy, doesn’t even need to be a family member. Now my husband can’t get the medication that’s needed to live!!! I WILL BE FOLLOWING UP LEGALLY.
