Twice these people have changed my insurance and my husbands insurance company without our approval due to someone else requesting it. This is unprofessional and fraudulent. The first time I let them know of the situation and here we are again and it has happened once again!!! Do not use this company, they will let anyone make changes on your policy, doesn’t even need to be a family member. Now my husband can’t get the medication that’s needed to live!!! I WILL BE FOLLOWING UP LEGALLY.

I was the 1st person to give this broker 5 stars 3 years in a row! I sent their referral to 100’s of people in my practice! But 2026 has been a new mess! I called them everyday in January but no one ever answered, I left messages on their website never to be returned. I just finished cancer treatment and needed their help switching plans, no response! The 2026 plan they gave me I couldn’t access on the App, nowhere and no response from them. I tried everything so I could pay premium, switch plans, etc. Now Feb. it’s canceled... read more
