Simple, straight forward and educational. Robert is very good at what he does and I recommend him for anybody that is having computer issues.
Awesome guy! My custom built pc I built was not getting the performance I expected and I dropped it by and he went straight to work. He found the problem, updated all the drivers and cleared out unnecessary junk. He even allowed me to test out my computer in his shop, load up a game, and then see if the performance was fixed. If I have another issue down the line, this will be the first shop I take my computer to.
Robert is the real deal. He is knowledgeable and honest. His prices are fair and he gets the job done quick. He is also one of the nicest guys you’ll meet. I had a Gaming PC that was completely dead I couldn’t even boot up the BIOS. I had tried everything from new power cables to a new motherboard battery. Nothing worked. Incredible, professional and fast service! I have a custom built PC so they can be rather finicky and sometimes difficult to deal with. It was such a pleasure from start to finish with Mr. Robert. I know who to call for all of my computer needs in the future!
