Called micro center support (where I bought my pc) got zero help, called another local pc expert (would’ve cost a bunch of money upfront) they didn’t help. FINALLY called Robert who’s the owner of this company and told him my issues, awesome guy very knowledgeable. He explained to me my problem and what I needed to do. Can’t express enough thanks to this man for being the only person who could and would actually help. Thank you!! If you have PC issues, bring it to this guy and let him fix it for you.
