Karl is the definition of professionalism and heart care person, he makes sure to update me with all the listings available by asking me questions on what I really want to better assist me with my comfortability of want I would love to be my home. He is polite and respectful. He cared about my Domestic Violance situation and was making sure I fix the eviction that was through Domestic violence too.
