every morning this company blocks my driveway. i’ve spoken with the driver a few times and he just continues to do it. on one occasion i could barely pull in(stretch bus). when i spoke with him he said “i thought i left you enough room.” super disrespectful. UPDATE: They stopped blocking my driveway and now they just pull right in like it's their property. I'm the business manager at St. Francis High School in Hamburg, NY, and we've been using Buffalo limo for over a year now and have had nothing but the best service. Haven't missed one day. The manager and drivers have been great to work with, they've been accommodating to our changing needs, and the price is most reasonable. Happy to continue to work with them, and highly recommend.
Tonya, our driver, got our 40 customers to the Bills game and back to the hotel downtown safe and ontime, and it was some nasty weather. She made the drive worry free
We were absolutely thrilled with our service this past Saturday. The bus was beautiful, extremely clean and our driver (Cordell) was prompt and professional. He handled everything with grace as some of our destinations were unexpectedly closed or too busy for our large group and we had to change plan at the last minute. We appreciated that he helped do a last check on the bus for us for belongings as well. It was a 10/10 night for us. And we look forward to booking again next year!
