I’m feeling extremely grateful to have found such an inclusive, supportive, encouraging, safe & challenging environment. The Coaches are so motivating & knowledgeable and the tribe as a whole are so friendly.
Only 2 months in to my membership but already feeling the benefits. Flexibility, strength and movement have all improved. Encouraging support not only from the professional staff but from other team members as well. Having a blast. Thank you RBM.
I never thought a gym like this existed, the tribe vibe is real, the coaches are genuine and caring and professional but most of all extremely knowledgeable. If your looking for a gym that will help you get results, with out jeopardising your well-being with a strong focus on strength, challenging workouts, posture and technique, recovery and rebuilding then this is absolutely the gym to try.
Coming back to exercise after having my baby was daunting, it felt like my body had changed so much and the thought of starting training again was a bit frightening! I need not have been worried, the knowledgeable and accommodating coaches at TRBM made the transition so smooth. They understand how pregnancy and birth can impact the body and through this knowledge of where I may be feeling weakness and discomfort were proactive in developing a program specific for me.
