Thanks for a quick , smooth trademark transaction. If you are looking for a top notch IP person Rick is the guy. He was able to refile a TM for me same day as I contacted him ! Highly recommend him !!
Beware: Rick may help file a trademark application but when someone else actually steals your trademark term, he may not protect you as a client. For a trademark lawyer with a computer science background, he also has zero knowledge of Cybersquatting. That’s unacceptable when trademarking in 2026!
