Don’t use these people! Did everything they asked of me including chasing my hearing date. Flat out told me they changed their mind about helping me with very little time left to find someone else to protest for me.
Be Careful about this firm. They forcefully try to represent themselves as customers agent without approval. Looks like previous poor reviews are ACCURATE.
Update, two months later: I have received the results from the 2024 tax protest, and I am pleased to report a 12% decrease for one property and a 20% decrease for the other. Thank you, Ray Tax Group team, for your excellent work! Just received another 18% saving from the 2025 tax protest! Next time around the county will have to pay me to have the house! Thank you, Ray Tax Group team! Outstanding job!
Amazing team
Do NOT use them for your property tax services. They did absolutely nothing, nothing, never replied to any communication or status requests for months, wasted previous time to protest taxes, didn't process any paperwork with the county and sent me a reminder to "pay my full property tax bill" . What a joke and a waste of time and opportunity.
