Our father was admitted to Rawling Memory Care just a few weeks ago, and we are deeply disappointed. Despite paying top dollar for what was promised to be quality care, the reality has been the opposite. Basic hygiene and daily needs are grossly neglected—his clothes are not being washed, his bed is often left unmade, his teeth are not brushed, his room is not kept clean, and even his catheter care has been mishandled. The Egg-Stravaganza event was nothing short of magical. They created a delightful experience where kids could hunt for Easter eggs, visit with the Easter Bunny, and enjoy some delicious food. The entire team pitched in and the residents were having a blast. Looking forward to next year!
A delightful looking facility both inside and outside. Seems well staffed with warm and friendly employees.
