Purchased a Groupon, booked online per the instructions. Arrived for my appointment and no one there. Called and texted multiple times and no response. Thankful Groupon refunded me. Don't waste your time.
This Is the worse massage therapy place ever very irresponsible and unreliable. I made 2 different appointments and both times Chris did not show up or call to explain why he was not there. Do not waste your money on going to him. The rare touch is the worst company out there. No one ever answers the phone. Each time I scheduled an appointment I had to take off work which means no pay and to be screwed by Chris is just not right or good business
I had an appointment for 2/3/18 at 3:30. Booked online, received a confirmation and even got a reminder confirmation, the day before the appointment. No one was there when I arrived and although I remained for 1/2 hour during which time I continued to text and call him, I didn't get ANY response. It is now 2 days later and he still has not contacted me to explain why he failed to show or otherwise responded to my several texts or calls. Completely unprofessional and a waste of money and time.
This experience was one that really solidified the real benefit of online reviews. I had an appointment, which was confirmed by their appointment software, but upon arriving, the room was dark and locked. Arriving early, I didn't think much of it, but after waiting 30 minutes beyond the appointment time, it was clear, I, like others, had been 'stood up,' and there was not going to be an appointment. Even though I communicated with the owner by text to set up my appointment, received a confirmation email, and filled out the paperwork, he STILL DID NOT SHOW up for the massage appointment. What is worse is that there was a note left by a another person who had a 10am appointment, but they left at 10:30a after he didn't show. My appointment was for 2:00p and the note was still there.
