Fantastic medical centre, friendly and helpful staff. Knowledgeable doctors and they take the time to listen. Love my doctor and will never change. Highly recommended.
Have been seeing Dr Newbery for close to 12 months now and couldn't be happier. Currently treating me for a few different conditions/injuries and not once have I felt like my issues and concerns have been ignored. Highly recommend both the clinic and Dr Newbery.
Prepaid $199 — then they tried to charge me again. Forced to prepay just to book a 10-minute telehealth for my Victims Assist case, then on the day the practice manager tried to charge me another $90 because they APPARENTLY didn’t realise I’d paid two weeks earlier. Weeks later, still no copies of my psychiatrist’s reports, which I’m legally entitled to. They refuse to give them to me, delaying my victim support application. And will only send them to VAQ At my request but not to me....RTI EMAIL Has followed. Years ago they ... read more
this medical Centre needs to hire new staff as it takes staff to go and get one little thing done. It takes three days. Need to pick up your game.. one star for Service
