The property I'm currently renting is fantastic! Location is great, our rent is reasonable and the attention to details in the remodel were good! The banisters leading up through the store from the front doors is a cute feature that's eye catching and customers love how it looks, and if I need any help with anything we have an amazing maintenance guy that takes care of stuff.
